Short notice but for those interested, the 1968 classic horror film Witchfinder General starring Vincent Price and Ian Ogilvy is being shown tonight at 10.10 pm (BST) on BBC Four.
The film is based on true events carried out by self-proclaimed 'Witchfinder General' Matthew Hopkins across East Anglia from 1644 until 1646.
His two-year campaign resulted in the torture and death of probably hundreds of innocent women.
If you missed it, it's still available on the BBC iPlayer until Halloween on the 31st October, spooky!

It's stood proudly on display for maybe as many as 3,000 years. Carved into a hillside in Uffington, Oxfordshire it's always been believed to be an ancient, artistic impression of a horse but retired vet Olaf Swarbrick thinks we may have missed the true meaning of the famous image and says it could be the image of a dog.
More strange orange lights have been spotted, this time in the skies over St Albans in Hertfordshire. Over the last few years, there have been many sightings of orange lights all across the UK, many of these would seem to be Chinese lanterns, while others remain a little more mysterious.
